How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
When an order is received, we will contact you to set up payment and delivery options. You will also need to send the location for delivery.
What are the delivery charges?
It's free delivery on all orders over $50.
When will my order be delivered?
Most orders will be delivered the next business day. Orders for Family Islands will be delivered on the day the boat takes freight.
Do you ship to the Family Islands?
Yes we do, it's free delivery to the boat of your choice.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is out for delivery it can't be cancelled.
Do you allow exchanges?
Once you receive your order and you verify your items, there will be no further exchanges
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery or bank transfers (BOB, Commonwealth or RBC) We do not accept any card payments at this time.
